Question : I have a 30 day cycle. I am 6 days late with cramping and pink bleeding. Could I be pregnant?

If you had unprotected sexual intercourse then you are pregnant unless proven otherwise.
You can check it yourself with Urine pregnancy home kit available at medical stores.
In either case you should consult a gynecologist after these tests.
