Question : I have a very small hole/cavity in the front teeth. Should I get it filled with cement?

I would like to suggest that if this hole/cavity is small and painless, getting filling is the best option of treatment, because if left untreated cavity will destroy the tooth structure.

Therefore, I will suggest you get it filled.
