Welcome to Health Care Magic
More than one problem needs attention / each may need a different specialist! / there is no emergency
1- Gall stones > there is no infection or malfunction / the gall bladder can safely be removed – by laparoscopy / Preferable, especially if you have any symptom – why was the USG done? / a planned procedure is safe - it can avoid emergency / being small, there is a chance for one of them to descend down and obstruct, resulting in cholecystitis, pancreatitis etc.... A surgeon specialised in Gastroenterology is ideal.
2- Mild fatty liver > maybe related to obesity, diabetes, lipid abnormality...Liver function and lipid profile need to be done / at times, viral profile may be necessary
3- Calcification in left kidney cortex > blood calcium, phosphorous, parathyroid hormone, vitamin D, kidney function – all have to be checked. It may not be significant now, but a baseline analysis and follow up will be necessary. A Nephrologist is the one specialised in the field
4- Diabetes Mellitus > needs proper treatment and follow up
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
