There is a feeling of congestion in chest and find it difficult to breathe. Any remedy to this problem.
Thanks for the query.
Long standing chest congestion/cough with difficulty to breathe are commonly associated with lung and heart conditions. Based on the description you gave on the phone, it seems more likely to be related to lung disease - perhaps bronchitis.
You will need a detailed evaluation at a pulmonologist's office, especially if you are symptomatic. He/she can ausculate your lungs and find clues to the probable cause. A specific - lung function test might sometimes be ordered to confirm the condition.
Based on the test results, specific treatment - either regular medications or occasional bronchodilator drugs would be prescribed.
In addition to the aforementioned possibility one also need to screen your hemoglobin levels to make sure they are adequate.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Best Regards
