Question : Hi i have like a little freckles in my inner thigh just near my ano and the testicles i have like a 4 or five brown color without dolor or any situation, im just have look them, is only freckles? 1/2cm diameter

Hello thanks for the query.
Lentigens can appear on any part of body.
Dont worry, these are not any thing XXXXXXX
It can be removed by LASERS.
You can also reduce them by using a depigmenting agent like tretinoin.

Thanks for follow up. I saw the photograph. Its just lentigens. Dont worry at all. It is totally harmless. If you want to get it removed you can get it done by LASER.
