Brief Answer:
Medical treatment and physiotherapy are required
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have gone through the MRI cervical spine reports of Mr XXXXXXX Baranwal.
These reports show minor problem, with bulging of discs in the neck region with compression of nerves. This may result in neck pain, pain, tingling, numbness and weakness of arms and hands.
Treatment would include use of medications such as pregabalin and methycobal.
In addition, physiotherapy with IFT, ultrasound, and neck extension exercises are also required.
Best wishes,

4. Numoloide (2 times/day)
Kindly also suggest the necessity of operation along with the condition under which the patient needs operation.
