                                    Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic
There is no problem in the medication
Syncope means transient loss of consciousness... She needs more investigations.
Start with Neurologist / MRI / & MRA brain or carotid Doppler
Then Cardiologist - EKG / HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck

See the Neurologist first, as already suggested...
Follow up with Cardiologist...
Not necessary to admit / But it is easier and quicker - to have them all done, if admitted / admission is preferable, not compulsory...
