Question : My father is facing dizziness after waking up, his glucose is 80, blood pressure is bit high 170, what you be the possible cause

Glucose could have been lower in the night / and has subsequently risen to 80 in the morning (Somogyi effect). The dose needs adjustment, especially the evening / night medicines.... Discuss with his diabetic specialist.

The systolic pressure is high / needs adjustment of his pressure medicine...

Silent heart attack and/or brain ischemia are common in Diabetic, especially if smoking... ECG, MRI, ENT opinion and so on may be necessary depending on the findings of clinical examination..

He must stop smoking...
