Question : my iron levels are high ( 7.6) could this cause blood in seamen as have that problem as well

Not a known cause

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
The common causes of blood in semen are
1. Inflammation of the prostate and seminal vesicles or
2. Uncontrolled/ high BP.
Iron levels are NOT known to cause blood in the semen.
If the problem persists, you need to get evaluated on the lines i have written earlier.
