Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us.
The discharge may be due to local infection or of there is excess fat in stool fatty content may seep out to give a feel of discharge.
Some times the prolapsed hemorrhoids or parasites may give that feeling.
It is worth while to get a local inspection by a physician and if any discharge then it should be presented for gram stain and culture studies.
You should avoid excessive fat in the diet and should keep the local area dry all the time and avoid all local creams for that reason.
I hope the advice would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!
