Question: i have a tiny red spot on my cheek; occasionly slightly itchy, stays the same but won't go away.

Itchy red pimple like lesiono on face can be any of the following.
1. Tinea facie (fungal infections)
2. Sebaceous cyst
3. Sarcoidosis
4. Adnexal tumor (from glands)
5. Hemangioma (from blood vessels)

As of now for instant relief you may try hydrocort gel once daily at night.
