Question : i have a tiny red spot on my cheek; occasionly slightly itchy, stays the same but won't go away.

Hello

Itchy red pimple like lesiono on face can be any of the following.
1. Tinea facie (fungal infections)
2. Sebaceous cyst
3. Sarcoidosis
4. Adnexal tumor (from glands)
5. Hemangioma (from blood vessels)
I request you to upload a photo of the affected area using this site's uploader to help me narrow down the possibility.

As of now for instant relief you may try hydrocort gel once daily at night.
