Question : hi doctor I have lax ge diagnosed by endoscopy. can I have flax seeds.will it help? because I have been told by ddoctor to loose weight

Hi,

Flax seeds is known for various health benefits. However it is not a miracle agent. It doesn't directly help in treating the lax lower esophageal splincter (LES). But with all other diet and life style, flax seed can double the chances of weight reduction - which in turn will relieve symptoms of lax.
