Question : i have this lesion on my forearm and wanted to know what it is its been on my arm for awile i knw i burned it a long time ago thanks

The image you attached here is not clear, Kindly do attach a clear image with a good resolution so that I could spot it out.

Also kindly provide me some more details like :

Since when was the lesion there ?
How did the lesion start ?
Why was the lesion burnt and how ?
What was its appearance before burning ?
Is it associated with symptoms like pain, itching redness, swelling etc ?
