Question : i have lost my ability to visualize friends family etc...1 night all of a sudden everyone important to me flashed thru my head like a movie reel and then it was like a light was turned off in my head. Now my world is dark when i close my eyes...

How long are you taking BP(Blood pressure) medications?.
It seems you just had a hypotensive attack.Please check your BP.
