Possible PID or ovarian cyst rupture

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.

Considering yours symptoms and relation to intercourse, this may be ovarian cyst rupture or PID-Pelvic Inflammatory disease. Other causes are less common and include gallbladder stones, endometriosis or myoma.

If pain is progressive and you feel dizzy, you should go to ER and have blood tests and ultrasound done.
If not, you can take Ibuprofen, rest and look for additional symptoms such as vaginal bleeding which may be sign of previously mentioned disorders.
