Brief Answer:
Lymph node

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

A single lump which is quarter size at the back of the neck is most likely to be a lymph node. If it's not growing in size, not painful and the lumps are not increasing in number then you ignore it. However if you want to know for sure , you could approach a surgeon for an fine needle aspiration to check.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
