                                    Hello,
Thanks for the query and related photograph.
I could see a nodule like lesion on one side of penis.
It is appearing to arise from subcuataneous tissue.
I would like to know the following additional things, to come to a diagnosis.
1. When you retract skin, can you see a lump? If yes I would like to see that lesion.
2. Is there pain ?
3. Since when you have this lesion?
Dont worry it is not looking like anything serious.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you

Not sure if that was there before now. Mind playing tricks on me.
No pain.
Just a grisslely area on the right hand side.
See new pic.
Thanks.

                                    Hello,
Thanks for the follow up.
I have seen the images.
You dont need to worry.
It is appearing like an enlargement of sebaceous glands.
This is a common condition, and is not serious.
Apply a piece of cotton dipped in normal saline and keep it there for 10 min.
Do this thrice daily for a week.
You will be relieved.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Wishing you a good health.
Thank you
