Question : Have mouth ulcers since past 4 days. Can you help me determine the cause and prescribe appropriate medicine/treatment for it?

Hi,

Commonly mouth ulcers are secondary to stress, infection or nutritional deficiency. Sometimes mouth ulcers are formed due to a wrong bite, hot and spicy food and other reasons. If you do not have any other associated symptoms, you can continue using zytee or dologel CT mouth gels. I will also suggest the use of vitamin b complex tablets such as tab zincovit once a day for a week. Avoid hot and spicy food.

If the problem persists beyond a week; I will encourage you to contact your doctor for physical examination.
