the most likely cause for your symptoms could be early cervical spondylosis. I have seen your x-ray and glad to inform you that there are no significant abnormalities in that.
As of now, you would benefit from neck extension exercises, to be done under the guidance of a physiotherapy.
Medications such as pregabalin would help you in relieving the neuropathic pain.
