Regarding masturbation,
Masturbation as such shall not have any effect on health.
Masturbation is a normal and safest method of attaining sexual gratification.
Masturbation is considered in excess only when it affects day to day activities.
Hence do not worry about masturbation.

Regarding Size of the penis,
Non erect penis has no role in sexual activity. Its role is only urination.
An erect penis of more than 3 inches is more than enough to satisfy a woman.
It is the art of sex that matters than size of penis
