Question: Your impression of CT ... 6 mm pulmonary nodule within the inferior margin of RUL. Atelectasis of RUL.
Recent dx of CLL/SLL. Submandibular and pelvic adenopathy. numerous prominent lymph nodes throughout neck bilaterally most at upper limits of
CT critetia. Multiple prominent lymph nodes within abdomen and pelvis ... prominent in size and
number, but most not enlarged by CT scan size
criteria.

In such cases two diagnosis are possible.These are granulomatous infection like tuberculosis or cancer.Both can cause lung nodule and prominent lymph nodes.To differentiate among this investigations needed are few blood test, sputum test, tuberculin test and if needed biopsy and PET scan.

Seeing a doctor and getting investigations which doctor would suggest can help to diagnose the cause and also plan the treatment earlier.
