Have Open Pores And Acne Scars On Face. Suggest The Treatment?

Question : hello sir/mam,

My wife has open pores and acne scars on her face.
We contacted 2 dermatologist.

1st doctor: He suggested on pores we will do laser and for scars we will do chemical peel.

2nd doctor: He suggested go for derma roller treatment and chemical peel. He told like with laser pigmentation may come on face in future.

I need your advice on this. Your opinion really matters for me.
Please suggest me on this.

According to me the second dermatologist has suggested you a better treatment option.
There is always a fear of pigmentation with LASER.
Dermaroller is very safe and effective.
