Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The left ovarian cyst can be a harmless finding if it is a simple cyst and the CA-125 levels are normal.
The gall stone can cause a chronic pain in the abdomen which needs symptomatic treatment. In case the pain is severe and recurrent then gall bladder removal is advisable.
If your blood pressure readings are very high even after continuous treatment it means that the drugs you are getting are insufficient to control your blood pressure and the treatment you are getting needs to be reconsidered.
Walking around is a mild exercise which diverts the blood flow to your extremities thus decreasing the cardiac work load. It is not a treatment of hypertension but helps in maintaining a constant reading. It is best to indulge in such light exercise at least five days a week.
Reducing fatty foods, salt and increasing citrus fruits, garlic, fish ,brown rice in your diet helps. Also avoid smoking , alcohol and stress.Try yoga, meditation and reduce your weight to lower your blood pressure.
Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.

Wishing you good health.

Thank you. I believe my session timed out as I had an important phonecall.
I am in more and more pain with each day. Its bordering on excruciating to the intolerable as of the past 3 mos it's been constant. The pain started in my lower rt abd just in front of my hip socket. It began as a sudden sharp pain which radiated through to my buttock and landed on the part of the butt that we sit on. I went to ER immediately. They took xrays and Dr said he was concerned about a membrane that was in the socket. He said this membrane appeared to be away from the socket and covering the ball but wouldn't be sure until I had a CT of my hip. This may or may not be important but this is how my journey with this began. They relieved my pain and sent me home.I didnt 't experience anymore pain or symptoms for 2yrs. One day it returned, started the same way as before only this time it radiated upward, towards my diaphram and back again, down and up and back again from hip to diaphram. I was noticing that I was short of breath and my right foot and ankle swelled to the size of a football. Also, I started having some severe pain in and around my waist area in exactly the place a woman would wear a belt. This was particularly bad upon waking in the morning as if I were wearing an extremely tight wide leather belt. It would be several hours before I could bend or sit w/ some comfort. I have had four siezures in the past year, never had those before. Its difficult to impossible to do anything that requires bending because when I bend over I immediately become out of breath and nearly passout. I will passout if I dont straighten back up quickly. It's not the pain that causes me to feel faint-simply bending over is a feat in itself then I have to catch my breath afterward. It's become difficult to have a BM if I have one at all. I have to strain and only evacuate a small amount at a time.Shortly after my rt foot swelled and went back to normal then so did my left foot. Since, my toenails fell off and my calves ache and ache to add to my misery. Then the ringing and hissing started just above my right ear. It's become so loud that it's starting to cause pain in my temple and jaw. Im having extreme muscle cramps and most of those are in the oddest places like my ribs and diaphram. I have these lesions all over my body, particularly on my hands, forearms and face. They are small and usually start out like a tiny blister. Im scarred all over from it.Frequently the skin on my feet turn colors from red to dark brownish-purple. Both my insteps where the arches of the feet are, are very red and appear permanently discolored.I have this same skin discoloration in small patches over my knuckles periodically that comes and goes away in a few days. And since this began Ive had a putrid odor coming from my vagina. At first it smelled exactly like vomit, now, it smells like vomit and feces and doesn't go away with douching, antifungal or antibiotic treatments. My blood pressure went through the roof at the time when this all started, Ive always had perfect BP before.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
From the description, it seems that you are suffering from multiple problems. The pain around the abdomen and hip can be best diagnosed after an MRI scan. Taking a help from a neurologist is also recommended.
The odor from vagina is likely to be related to a severe recurrent infection in the area. A vaginal swab culture will help in proper diagnosis and specific antibiotic treatment. The skin problems can be relate to some autoimmune disorder and needs a direct examination and oral steroids for improvement.
Wishing you an early trouble free recovery. Do accept the answer if there are no further queries.
Regards.

Hello-- I have a Drs appt tomorrow with a new doctor. I have no continuity of care--i don't know what it is with me and doctors but I can't seem to establish rapport with one, they have all either given me the brush off or dropped me as a patient altogether. Maybe because theyre not finding anything wrong with me or they deem me as a psyche case because i have so many symptoms or maybe because my case is too complicated. I wish i knew, but its important this appt go well, im very sick. Can you tell me how to talk to my new doctor-advise me as to what to say or not say. Any suggestions would be so appreciated. Thank you. Best regards,XXXXXXX

Hi,

Welcome back.

It is best to give your complete history and details of the treatment you have got so far. The most distressing symptoms should be told first. Please note all your distressing symptoms - this will guide your doctor to examine you accordingly and provide you with the right decision. Please do take all your previous investigation reports with you.

Hope this is helpful.
