                                    Brief Answer:
Can be due to osteoarthritic changes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain and soreness that you have can be related to osteoarthritic changes in hip and knee joint. This can also be due to low levels of calcium and vitamin D3. You can get your blood levels checked for these and then start with suitable supplements. Till then mild pain killers can help in relieving the pain.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
