Question: i have a pain in the middle of the shaft of my penis while erect ( feels like someone its pressing on a bruise and feel kinda tight around that area), the pain gets worse if u try to bend my penis back while erect, doesn't affect my erection, no pain while urinating or ejaculating, if i have sex often the next day feels a feeling of bruising around my groin area
ps. i had the pain about a year ago, pain eventually went away came back about 2 months ago, had a MRI done last year didnt show any issues.

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in shaft of your penis when erect.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to make comments on your problem.
1)Did you sustain injury to your penis during intercourse in past. ?
2)Can you palpate any hard lump in your penis.?

Most likely it is due to what is called as Peyonie's Disease.. where tunica albuginea an envelop that covers corpora cavernosa of the penis gets calcified gets fibrosed giving rise to painful erection.

However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination ,Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation.

Normally it heals up itself without any treatment but there are chances of frequent recurrence.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask me I shall be happy to help you

No injuries and I don't feel no lumps whatsoever, when I don't have an erection feels kinda bruised if I press in it between my testicles and my anus my prostate was checked everything was fine, other than that just the pain while I am erect, I have a very active sexual life I either have sex or masturbate everyday. Could it be a muscular issue ?

Hello
Thanks for follow up.
It may be due to a localized fibrosis of the Tunica Albuginea due to trivial injury during intercourse or masturbation and has no significance.
Please do not worry it will get resolved of its own over a period of time.
Thanks and Regards.
