Hi there.

If you are a known case of diabetes then this could be a sign of slight dehydration. Pale colour of lips means anemia. But since how many days/ months you are having these symptoms, please elaborate.
Meanwhile get sugars, HbA1c and Hemoglobin tested for further guidance on these symptoms.
