Question : Have penile gland pain it’s been hurting over a month it’s a sensation especially when it touches my underwear and then i get an erection and it hurts tingling more than anything _ male

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, I think it may be due to penile irritation.

Penile irritation may be due to using irritant substances or products like soap/shampoo/gel, deodorants, washing powder.

for that you can use hydrocortisone ointment three times a day or penile moisturizer cream. For pain you can take tab. acetaminophen(Tylenol). These medications should be available over the counter.

Please let me know do you have ulcer or swelling over private parts, penile discharge, fever, itching? Kindly follow up with detailed history.

Kindly use soap free cleanser. Use loose and cotton cloths. Maintain proper hygiene, keep private parts dry and free from sweat.
