Question : My sister has a perfect circle on her head. She itched it last night, found blood and alerted us. Now it's a scab that is a completely perfect small circle, like a dime.

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The perfect circle like swelling on the head is likely to be a hematoma due to an injury earlier or a hemangioma. Since there is no pain in the area and there is blood in side the swelling, infection is not likely.
A direct examination by a physician will help in proper diagnosis. It is best to not to touch the swelling to avoid any further bleeding.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Wishing you good health.
