Question : Yes I have a small white pimple like spot on the inner of my eye which is very itchy.
The itch has been there for about 5 yrs now but my dr said there was nothing there, but now a white spot has developed . Could this be anything nasty??

Small white pimple at the corner of eye is usually a millia.
It is a very mild condition and can be easily removed, also usually there is no itch in millia.
Another possibility is syringoma which is a benign (non cancerous) tumor.
You dont need to worry, it is not appearing a nasty thing.
In order to give a closer diagnosis, I would like to see the lesion.
Can you please upload a photograph of the lesion.
