Question : I have a big red cluster of bumps that are sometimes itchy, and mostly painfull to the touch on my right shoulder area, and seem to have a couple of red bumps that have appeared on my chest just recently..

You are suffering from a fungal infection.
Apply an anti fungal ointment like clotrimazole. Also take an anti histamine tablet.
