Question : I have about 10 small red spots on my left palm

Thanks for your query. I would be pleased to answer it.
The red spots seem to be due to acute contact dermatitis .
You can treat it by application of over the counter Cortaid and Neosporin cream twice a day for 10 days .
In case it does not heal with the above creams you will need to take a tablet Claritine which is again over the counter daily at night along with the cream applications.
