This may be caused by degenerative changes in the hip.

I would suggest you touch base with a doctor and obtain a good physical exam and likely a set of x-rays to evaluate the hip joint.

If this is hip-related sometimes an injection or sometimes a surgical procedure may be needed to correct the abnormality.
