                                            Question : 27 year old female woke up with severe throat and back(lungs?) pain, aches all over body, especially joints, no stomach problems, but cant swallow, can barely walk, dizzy. Had milder case yesterday, then got better last night, and now much worse. Very sever pain.

This looks like a viral infection.Sore throat, body aches, dizziness, fever i.e the more generalised symptoms in a normal adult person points towards the viral infection.
Please drink a lot of fluids, have a lot of rest, can take paracetamol for pain and fever.
Usually it has a self limiting course with the symptoms lasting for 3-4 days before it gets better.
If does not get better in a few days or any worse, consult your doctor for investigations.
