Question : Can I take sudafed PE WHILST IM ON DUROMINE 30mg I'm also on lexapo 10mg
I have the worst sinus pains 6 out of 10

Thanks for the query.
It is not advisable to take it while you are on Duromine. They can have interactions and sometimes severe side effects for your heart and blood pressure regulation. Kindly take it only under medical supervision. You can try simpler pain killers for pain relief.
