Question : what is dexamethasone used for i was tols sleeplessness tenion and chronic pain was just wondering befor i take one is all and i was also given fenanyl patch never had one befor there 25mcg

Dexamethasone is not used for sleeplessness and tension. It can be used to treat certain cases of chronic pain, severe such as joint pains due to arthritis.

Dexamethasone is a steroid medication which is used to treat severe inflammation, allergic reactions and certain specific disorders like congenital adrenal hyperplasia.

Fentanyl is an opioid medication used for pain relief.
