Question : Geday i have a small dark spot devloping on the head of mu peinous about the size of a freckle not raised, ive been with the one partner for 3 years noticed about 3or 4 months ago

Where exactly is it present?
Any associated symptoms like pain, itching??

A 3 years history is not very significant medically. Also, if you could tell me whether both of you are in a monogamous relationship.
