Question : Thank You, I had A blister on the top of my feet, now it has turned into A sore, and it has spread.
I think I'll need A antibiotic, what is the best kind?

Greetings friend, sounds like to have a cellulitis of the foot and probably need oral antibiotics, if you do not have access to this, you should use Neosporin or some other topical antibiotic. The best antibiotic orally is cephalexin or Bactrim for this condition. I hope this helps.
