                                    Hi
Thanks for the query
Genital herpes and warts are very painful conditions especially herpes cause pain which is unbearable. however you haven't mentioned whether you had any unprotected sex as such painless spots or rash after unprotected sex occurs as a result of syphilis. Therefore i would be requesting some further detail like duration of these spots, their size and any unprotected sex if you had
Thanks
Regards

yes i have had unprotected sex but the female i was with was a virgin but i have had some of them sense i was 15 which was the first time i had sex. The spots are the size of pimples but not at all like them. Now there are a few that are tiny like the end of a needle and are not like warts they look like ingrown hairs but do not hurt. They are also far inbetween and there is not very many

                                    Hi
thanks for the details
The spots so small and painless then seems to be some skin discoloration and may resolve with time but if you develop some symptoms like fever or burning micturation or the spots increased in size or became symptomatic, then do go for screening of STDs otherwise wait and observe,
If you still have some query, feel free to ask
Thanks
Regards

                                    Thanks for reply
As i said it is then not any sort of infection but a slight discoloration may be due to hypersensitivity or tissue over stretch and may resolve with time so the best option is to wait and observe or if you are still worried then you can send me some pics to get the definite cause
Thanks
