Hi there.
It could be a mild case of piles or hemorrhoids (internal) if you cant feel anything on the outside.
Do visit a surgeon for an inspection & examination.
it is a minor issue & nothing to be stressed about.
However, this is the best we can do online....it needs to be seen @ ground0 by a surgeon! Good Luck!
