Question : I have a swollen labia with a tiny white pimple size at the very bottom. No pain or itching, just swollen Have not had sex

Thanks for posting your query.
You can be having bartholin cyst that is painless & not related to sex.
Consult your gynaecologist for local examination & take antibiotic like amoxicllin for 5 days.
Continue your medications for blood pressure & thyroid.
