                                            Question : tenderness on lift side 6 inches below armpit .loads of muscle spasm and sore when moving. symptoms since Thursday. also sore to touch. slightly more towards back ribcage

1. Trauma to the area is the commonest cause.
2. Improper positioning during sitting or sleeping.
You may need
1. Rest to the area.
2. Hot or cold fomentation to the area.
3. Analgesic for pain.
4. X XXXXXXX of the area to rule out rib fracture and lung involvement.
