Question : Can thyroid disorder be eliminated.I am vegetarian. Pls prescribe the suitable diet for same.

Thanks for writing in. Hypothyroidism cant be cured permanently. You have to lifelong treatment. There is nothing specific in diet. Use iodised salt., avoid bulk quantities of cauliflower, cabbage, soyabean and radish. Normal quantities can be consumed. Avoid excessive fried objects and junk foods. Thats all
