Thanks for your query.

From your short history it looks like you are suffering from infection of tonsils and lower long are you having pain in tonsils, cough with blood in it?
-Is the blood like a streak or more in quantity?
-Do you get blood every time you get cough?
-Do you have any fever, running nose, or any other symptom?
-Do you have problem in breathing or get cough with phlegm easily?

Till you write back you can gargle with warm water with salt in it and it will help relieve pain in throat to some extent.
