Question : how high is a total bilirubin count of 2.32 also how can it go

Total bilirubin count referential ranges are 0,2 – 1,1 mg/dl (3,42 – 20,6 µmol/l). I assume that your bilirubin level is 2,32 mg/dl. This is quite high level. It should be diagnosed and the reason should be found.
The most common reasons of elevated bilirubin level are:
- bile ducts obstruction due to stones (causes upper right abdominal pain radiating to the back, nausea, white stool and dark urine)
- pancreas cancer (white stool, dark urine)
- fatty liver, liver cirrhosis (normal or bright stool, dark urine)
- liver viral infection (HBV or HCV) - more possible if you have had any blood transfusions or surgeries (dark urine)
- liver damage due to medicines intake
- red blood cells hemolysis
- Gilberts syndrome (elevated bilirubin level can be the only symptom)
I suggest you to visit gastroenterologist and have proper diagnostics. Liver tests (AST,ALT,GGTP,AP), amylase, direct and indirect bilirubin level, HbSAg, AntiHCV and abdominal ultrasound should be done at first.
