                                    Hi
Your query is confusing. Can you make it clear with your answers
1) Do you have regular periods? If no when was your last regular (predictable dates) menstrual cycle ?
Are you trying for pregnancy?
Can hyou please describe the pain in the stomach a bit? When did it occur and what aggravates and relieves it?
Did you XXXXXXX a doctor recently and what was the opinion.
Your current description of symptoms do not point towards any specific reason, such symptoms are described often for common to rare reasons.
I appreciate a greater detail

                                    Hi,
I normally had irregular period but in past three months it was very exact. 31 days long, 2 days of spotting and 5 days of bleeding. I will see my doctor next week but I haven't talk about it with anybody yet since it recently happened. Yes Im trying for pregnancy and got a urine test at doctors office 2-3 days before this cycle that came out negative.
I had iltrasound about a month ago from the pelvic area and they found a small cyst on my right ovary but the doctor told me alot of women have such thing and in this small size it goes away by itself sometimes and it rarely cause any problem.
the pain is so sharp in my left side on left breast, and around the nipple in my right breast. and on my left pelvic side. Except the pelvic pain the other one( around breast) does not have a dominant spot for the pain so it starts everytime in different areas on the breast. is like burning, stabbing feeling which happens so sudden and thanksfully only stays for a few second. It is severe but sudden. Im not sure if it is related or not but I am on 10 th day of ny cycle and still I have sore heavy breast. (TMI)
I hope it will give you enough information.
Thanks in advance.

                                    Hi,
The history that you described is good enough. Thank you. However it does not point towards anything physical abnormality. It sounds more like being anxious.
I know that you may be anxious to be pregnant and you certainly have high chances soon, because of regular cycles. This anxiety should not bother you much to live happily with your partner. Anxiety can hinder your sexual performance and thereby the pregnancy. I'd suggest to relax a bit. Try some relaxation methods before you go to bed and after bed.
I do opine the same with your doctor, the cyst might have disappeared by now. Even if it re appears it reduces by itself.
Have a anxious free life with your husband. Try to have intercourse from Day 12 to Day 20 of your cycle, Day 1 being the first day of the menstrual period. If the symptoms bother you much you can opt to take an over the counter antacid pill like Omeprazole (Prilosec OTC) once before breakfast in the morning.
All the best.
