Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Since when you have started to walk to reduce weight?

It does take a minimum of month in the beginning to show a change in the weight as an effect of walking or any sort of work out to reduce weight.

Also hypothyroid state makes any milder effort useless to reduce weight. A bit more effort than normal will be needed by one with hypothyroid state.

I would like to know some more details to help you better.

What is your height and weight?
Have you been dieting/restricting calories?
What else you do other than walking to loose weight?
When was the last time you got your thyroid checked? If it was in recent days kindly attach the reports here.

Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

Heart rate of 93 per min is not serious and can be seen along with tremors during an episode of anxiety. If this becomes recurrent you may have to get investigated to rule out cardiac problems.

Meanwhile, I suggest you to get the Thyroid status checked.

Please do provide the information I asked in my last post, so that I can answer your previous concern.

I am 5ft 3 ins & weigh 14st 2ins. I walk 3 miles at least 5 times a week & have lost
a stone & half since Christmas. I follow an app which shows me protein, fat, sugar,
salt & calories. Eating healthier is my main objective. I had a thyroid test a few days
ago along with liver kidney function esr & full blood count. Last night I was quite worried about the higher heart rate and the fact that I could'nt get warm was looking for reassurance & my thyroid is something I thought needs sorting out. I have been told I have fybromyalgia so my goal of exercise & losing weight is for me
to own the condition because it has owned me for a long while. I take repinorole for
RLS have had all my life but only been on the medication for 3years. I feel these conditions all overlap but as a lay person I have to rely on your own research. Well I
have rambled on all because I was unusually apprehensive last night hope you can
make some thing of my rumblings Thank you
