Have Warts On Face And Neck Including Eyelid. What Is The Reason?

Question: I have warts (white and skin coloured) on my face and neck including one on left eyelid. what is the reason for this problem. what I have to do to cure this.

Thanks for your query.
Warts are infectious and occur secondary to contact of skin.
Removal can be done by Radiofrequency. By this a heat is applied to burn the lesion.
This forms a temporary scab for 7 to 10 days and then becomes clear.

No , they do not indicate any sign of XXXXXXX disease.
Yes , it is possible to treat the eyelid warts by radiofrequency.
