Brief Answer:
Biopsy required, pain killers and oral paste advise

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome.

Please mention since when do you have lesion on tongue, cheek and inside of lower lip?Are you taking any medication other than those you have mentioned above?

Do you have sharp edged lower teeth or jagged teeth when you touch with your tongue?,

Any habits like tobacco chewing in any forms or smoking?

The lesion needs biopsy as it could be precancerous lesion too.

Presently you can apply Triamcinolone oral paste 0.1% for a week and please see your oral surgeon soon for biopsy. You can also take pain killers until you see your dental surgeon.

Awaiting your response to suggest better diagnosis.

Thanks.

Take care

Brief Answer:
Biopsy needed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for reply.

After reading your complete history, I will advise the following:

1.Biopsy along with blood tests, is needed as it can be a long-standing granulomatous infection or can even be pre-cancerous.

2. It could be due to ill-shaped tooth edges causing continuous trauma to soft tissues of mouth. This can be well managed by shaping the teeth called as grinding. The worn out edges can be smoothened.

3. Last but not the least, if the above measures do not help you can directly see your physician and talk about the side effects of your antidepressants that you are taking.

Especially drugs like cymbalta can cause swelling of tongue, throat and face too and many more oral symptoms over prolonged usage.you might require to change your drugs to relieve these symptoms.

4. I will advise you some lifestyle changes to deal with it:
- Eat lots of fruits and raw vegetables at least 5 times a day. Take 3 proper meals and 3 small snacks in a day. Take nutritious, hygienic food and pure drinking water.
- Exercise at least 20 min a day. Exercise can include walk, yoga, gym, cycling, swimming, etc.

You also need to see your oral surgeon once, get the lesions biopsied and then you can proceed accordingly.

Hope it helps. Let me know for further query.

Thanks.
Take care
