Hello,

Thanks for your question

Most probably these blisters are aphthous ulcers which are commonly caused by:
Emotional stress and lack of sleep
Mechanical trauma, for example self inflicted bite
Certain food like spicy food, even chocolate
Certain toothpastes
Menstrual cycle
Nutritional deficiencies, particularly vitamins B, iron, and folic acid
Certain medicine including nicorandil

They heal spontaneously within 12 weeks without any treatment. A few measures to promote quick healing are as follows:

- Use protective pastes that forms a barrier over ulcer, so that exposure to irritating substances is reduced
- Superficial tissue cauterization with silver nitrate stick
- Local anaesthetics gel (lidocaine) can be applied to reduce pain
- Use antibacterial mouth washes to reduce secondary infection
- Avoid foods that trigger or exacerbate the ulcers
- Reduce stress by good exercise, sleep, meditation, yoga, etc.
- Dietary supplements, of vitamins or minerals, if diet is deficient are essential.
- Vitamin B complex pills - a pill a day for few weeks are beneficial.

Hope I addressed your concern.
