Dear Mdwhite,
Thanks for sending your query query to us.
This is Blepheritis
You have to check if you do not have dandruff,as that is also to be treated side by side.
You have to get hold of steroid eye ointment,which is to be applied daily at bed time ,massaged at the base of eye lashes and left overnight.
This is to be continued for about 10 to 15 days.
